Can I take two Hair + Energy capsules per day, instead of your suggested dosage of one?Updated 10 months ago

The dosage guidelines for our Hair + Energy is 1x capsule per day. It is recommended that you stick to the dosage guideline of just one capsule per day, as this formula contains a specific dose of Iodine in each capsule and taking 2 per day will be above the daily upper limit. We do always recommend being guided by a healthcare professional to assess if the formulas are suited to your individual needs.
